"When is ZRently coming to Orange County?"
The answer is: soon.
Over the next several weeks, we'll begin adding rental listings throughout Orange County as we continue expanding beyond Los Angeles.
Since launching ZRently 2.0 on April 9th, we've grown from around 21,000 monthly users to more than 33,000 users over the last 30 days. As the platform continues to grow, expanding into Orange County has become one of our top priorities.
Orange County Apartments Coming in the Next Few Weeks
Our team is actively working on bringing Orange County rental listings to ZRently.
As inventory is added, renters will begin seeing apartments, condos, townhomes, and homes for rent from cities throughout Orange County, including: • Anaheim • Santa Ana • Irvine • Fullerton • Orange • Garden Grove • Huntington Beach • Costa Mesa • Tustin • Buena Park • Westminster • Fountain Valley • Yorba Linda • Newport Beach • Mission Viejo • Laguna Niguel
This is just the beginning. Our goal is to continue growing inventory throughout Orange County until renters have a meaningful number of options to search.
Anaheim Is a Major Focus One area we're especially excited about is Anaheim.
Anaheim is one of the largest rental markets in Orange County and continues to attract renters looking for apartments, studios, and family housing.
As we build inventory, Anaheim will be one of the key cities we focus on. Our goal is to help renters searching for apartments in Anaheim find available rentals with more transparency around qualification requirements.
Why We're Expanding Into Orange County The mission behind ZRently has always been simple.
We believe renters should know important qualification requirements before they apply. Too often, renters spend time touring properties, filling out applications, and paying application fees only to discover they never met the requirements in the first place. That's why we're building a rental marketplace where renters can search using information such as: • Credit score requirements • Income requirements • Co-signer policies • Pet policies • Requirement flexibility
We want renters to have a better understanding of where they may qualify before spending money on applications.
More Inventory Is Coming We're currently at roughly 350 active properties on ZRently and expect that number to grow significantly over the coming months. Our goal is to reach approximately 1,000 properties in the near future while continuing to fill in areas that currently have limited inventory.
Orange County will be a major part of that growth.
Looking Ahead The next few months are going to be exciting. As we continue growing throughout Southern California, renters can expect to see more inventory, more cities, improved search tools, and additional features designed to make apartment hunting easier.
Orange County is next. After that, we'll continue expanding into additional Southern California markets, including the Inland Empire and San Diego.
