The apartment has designated parking spot and on the street parking. *Pictures may not reflect the available apartment Qualifications: - in-person tour with Manager ( all applicants 18+ must be present and co-signers) - Must show a monthly net income of 2.5 times the rent (cumulatively) - Have GOOD standing credit score (individually). To qualify for Deposit Special of $800 ALL individual must have credit score of 650+ - No Evictions - Provide previous rental history *There is a $50 application fee per applicant.
