Our building has two (2) laundry room facilities, a small and large pool and is supervised by a Resident Manager. The building is also located near CSUN, close to 118 freeway to shorten your commutes and restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops are a short walk away. Qualifications: - in-person tour with Manager ( all applicants 18+ must be present and co-signers) - Must show a monthly income of 2.5 times the rent (cumulatively) - Have GOOD standing credit score (individually). To qualify for Deposit Special of $800 ALL individual must have credit score of 650+ - No Evictions - Provide previous rental history *There is a $50 application fee.
